One page here has a form on it, and every page carries a Google advertising tag because we pay for ads. Beyond those two things we collect nothing: no analytics, no session recording, no other trackers.

The form

The free check page asks for four things: your name, your business name, your city and your email address. We use them to run your check and to write back to you. That is the only reason they exist, and nobody is added to anything by filling it in.

The Google tag

If an ad brought you here, we paid Google for that click, and Google expects to be told whether the click was worth anything. So every page loads a Google advertising tag, and it sets a cookie in order to do that job. It does not pass Google your name, and it does not pass on anything you typed into the form.

If you contact us

When you email or call, we keep what you send: your name, your email address or phone number, your business, and whatever you told us. We keep it because we are having a conversation with you and we need to remember it.

If we contacted you first

We find businesses the same way a customer would, by searching publicly. If we wrote to you, we had your business name and an email address published on your own website or in a public directory. We did not buy a list and we did not get your details from anyone else.

If you would rather not hear from us, just reply with the word remove. We will delete your details and that is the end of it. No explanation needed.

What we never do

• Sell your information, or trade it, or share it with a marketing company.
• Add you to a newsletter because you asked us a question.
• Put an analytics or session-recording script on this site.
• Use anything you type in the form for advertising, or hand it to Google.

Who else can see it

Emails we send and receive sit with our email provider. This site is hosted by Vercel, who keep ordinary server logs including visitor IP addresses, and who also receive anything you submit through the form on its way to us. Google sees that an ad click turned into an enquiry, and nothing about who you are. Those are the only companies that touch any of it, and none of them gets your details from us for any purpose of their own.

How long we keep it

Correspondence stays while there is a live conversation and for two years after the last one, so we can find what was said if you come back. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.

Your say over it

Ask what we have on file for you and we will tell you. Ask us to correct it or delete it and we will do that too. One email to jerry@amped-markets.com is the whole process, and it goes to the founder rather than a queue.

Children

This is a business to business service and it is not directed at anyone under eighteen.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
